insulation pvc/ solid pe with heat resistant pvc-85ºc/105ºc operation. Halogen free polymeric or electrometric insulation can be provided. Core identification by color-coding or printed numerals/letters.
screen: cores/pairs/quads can be individually or overall screened or both. Screening by al-mylar with drain wire or copper braid with contact of aluminum side.
drain wire: solid/stranded, bare/tinned copper wire normally provided with both individual and overall screen and size as per spec. Bs 5308 pt-1& bs 5099 pt-2.
additional features: communication pairs, bicolor extrusion. Designed to combat all the basic type of noise which effects process instrument signals viz. Static, magnetic, man made and cross-talk.
